I like that they don't look for things to be wrong -- instead they only make you fix what needs to be fixed for the inspection. My last shop would find things and I never walked out over $500 -- now it seems more honest with Zimmermans. The inspection is a good inspection -- I need to trust my car as I drive it around, but they don't make stuff up just to charge you more money.

The inspection was carried out very well. I was pleased that it was done in good time so I could meet my next appointment.

I called on a Monday morning to have a tire patched & dropped off my car right after. By noon my tire was patched and I'd had an oil change. I love that Zimmerman's always fits me in when it's important!!
