Wow, Zimmerman's Automotive Tire Pros!!! This morning I dropped off my car and they offered me a free loaner car. Hey, I didn't even know they offered free loaner cars and they just asked me. I had planned to take a Uber and now they saved me money. This is the second time I have my car serviced at Zimmerman's Automotive Tire Pros and this is the second time I write them a 5-star review. Go for Zimmerman's Automotive Tire Pros and you won't get wrong!

I always get great customer service at Zimmerman’s and this time was no exception I dropped my car off at night without an appointment because my tire needed immediate replacement. Steve called first thing in the morning and not only said they would replace it but realized I had an appointment for inspection in 2 weeks and said they could do the inspection as well. I live an hour anyway so I was grateful. I always feel safe leaving knowing they took great care to do things right.

The time to complete the oil change was reasonable. John was very professional and was not high pressure. Before taking the car home I asked for an estimate on new tires and wheel alignment. John dead the research and provided estimates for two different brands the same day via e-mail. When I called John back I also asked for a quote on a third brand, which he gave me over the phone. I came away from the call quite pleased.

I moved to the area 5 years ago and asked a coworker for a recommendation on an oil change/repair shop. As a result, I have been using Zimmermans automotive for my car care needs since 2021 and have never been disappointed. They are always professional in their service and extremely trustworthy in all the repair work that they have done on my vehicles. The other thing I really appreciate is that they let me know when I should start planning for a brake or tire replacement so that I can budget and save accordingly.

They were super helpful when we got a flat tire while on a road trip. Took quicker than we thought and all employees were very nice!

Had a great experience buying a car here. Ahmed was great to work with and extremely helpful. He asked if I wanted to have them put the car up on a lift and an actual mechanic gave me a flashlight and went around the car with me answering questions. In my experience this level of customer service is unparalleled. They made me feel at ease in the daunting task of finding a quality used car. I will also be having my car serviced there because they seem quite trustworthy. If I'm ever in the market for a quality used vehicle again, I'll be starting at Zimmermans and you should too.
