Mechanicsburg Auto Repair and Dealership

I found a note on my paperwork when I got home that something may need to be fixed prior to next inspection. I wish this would have been discussed one on one when I was there so I would be better informed about what to look for, etc. Other than that, service was very good.

OK Service

The service was performed quickly and efficiently!!

It's always gut-wrenching when something happens with your personal automobile but Zimmermans fixed my Rav-4 in a timely fashion and were courteous with letting me know what the problem was and when my car was finished.

Although the temperatures have not been in the 90's since our AC was repaired and therefore we have not had hot weather in which to test it; the AC seems to finally be working properly. John and I very much appreciate that fact that a new, rather than a re-conditioned AC unit, has been installed. Also, at last, the whinny engine (AC) noise is gone. What an added blessing. At this point we'd have to say we are very pleased with the service. The third time was the charm.

A great vehicle service center, friendly people and good prices. I've been using Zimmerman's for all but warranty work (would use them for that if I could) for nearly 20 years. Their team always delivers high quality work, done on time. It's nice having a business I can trust!
