The staff at Zimmermans is outstanding across the board. Particularly Renee who answers the phone and coordinates getting you to the right division and Steve and Ken in service that genuinely listen to you about your service need and they follow up quickly with what they find with your vehicle. They are honest and transparent and do not push other repairs to jack up the bill. They will inform you of potential concerns. Very reasonably priced and true professionals. Their vehicle sales department is top notch too and they service what they sell. Highly recommend Zimmermans.

We flew up Harrisburg from AL in hopes that we’d be driving home a truck my husband had been communicating with Eric at Zimmerman’s Auto about and not having to fly back. Eric went out of his way to pick us up at our hotel and once at the dealership the truck was everything we were told it was. After dealing with 2 previous car dealerships in the last couple years I had lost respect for the “salesmen” because we were lied to and had tried to be charged ridiculous fees but I have great respect for Eric and Zimmerman’s for doing exactly what they said they’d do and no hidden charges or pressuring us for extras. We are extremely satisfied with the service and our purchase! Great people to work with!

Again got great service. Renee friendly at front desk . I have known Steve for 20 years and always treats me great. Been going Zimmerman's about 40 years. As long as Steve is the service manager they will have my business. Steve takes his time explaining things and recommending things that may be needed for my car.

Our 4th car in 15 yrs. The dealership is the total package. From Sales to service. We bought our 2010 Toyota Sienna in 2011 with 35k . Just traded it in with 160k for a 2013 Honda CRV with less then 25k. We are thrilled with the deal and service...but not surprised at all. These guys are the real deal.

The only place I will go for repairs and service. Steve and the mechanics are great.

I bought my escape a Zimmerman’s about 4 years ago. I decided since they know the car I would continue to take the car there for service. That is one of the best decisions I could have made. They are polite personable and a pleasure to deal with.

They're the best, amazing staff, very involved in the community with sponsorships and charity work, always great service. Even plugged a tire for me for free once. If there's ever a business to support, it's them!
