Wait time was fairly long for a state inspection and oil change.

Despite being scheduled for an appointment later in the day, Ken understood our need to get our car sooner and came through! He managed to complete our service hours before it was supposed to be completed and we consequently were able to keep our prior plans. Zimmerman's Automotive Tire Pros rocks!

although you did not have my size battery in stock,you provided me with a prompt delivery of one. I didn't have to miss work-I came back and had the new one put in right away. Your young lube tech.. apologized-he almost put a battery too small for my truck in, but the main supervisor backed him up. Which is what he should do>back up the work done. thank you!

We dropped the car off at 8 PM on Sunday for inspection and it was ready for pick-up just after 10 AM on Monday. Doesn't get much faster than that!!!!!
