Zimmermans is very personable and helpful. Their mechanics explain everything to you about your vehicle. They're quite trustworthy and reliable. I would recommend them every time!

As always the people who work at Zimmerman's are some of the nicest people ever and the work seems to have been done very well. The estimate that I was given was accurate. The only minor complaint I would have is that after sitting there for over an hour, I was told that the work order specified front brake work and it needed back brake work. I had to wait for them to get parts and then start over. Since I had this work done because it was recommended by your mechanics when I had my inspection done, it seems like the proper work order should have been there. I was there for 3 hours and 45 minutes - luckily I had my laptop and a book and no other appointments.

We have purchased two of our vehicles from Zimmerman's with Eric's assistance. Eric is extremely friendly and very helpful. Eric listened to us, understood what we were looking for, and helped us find our vehicles. Recently he found a vehicle for my 70+ year old father with more bells and whistles than any car he had ever driven before. Needless to say, my dad is thrilled! We would recommend Eric to anyone/everyone looking to buy a new car!

Wait time was fairly long for a state inspection and oil change.

Despite being scheduled for an appointment later in the day, Ken understood our need to get our car sooner and came through! He managed to complete our service hours before it was supposed to be completed and we consequently were able to keep our prior plans. Zimmerman's Automotive Tire Pros rocks!

although you did not have my size battery in stock,you provided me with a prompt delivery of one. I didn't have to miss work-I came back and had the new one put in right away. Your young lube tech.. apologized-he almost put a battery too small for my truck in, but the main supervisor backed him up. Which is what he should do>back up the work done. thank you!
