Zimmerman's Automotive is the kind of family owned, long-standing business on which communities are built. I have purchased a car from them, I have had many repairs done there, and I have always been fully satisfied. They exist to serve the customers. I just went by there and they quickly fixed my car's problem for free.

The customer service was by far the worst i ever experianced. I would never recommend anyone to go there.

I took my car to Zimmerman's for inspection with the up front conversation that I did not want to spend anything major since the car is my "beater" and its only worth $1,200. I was quoted over $3,000 to replace the entire exhaust, replace a tire and replace the rear rotors and pads. I told them there was absolutely no way I was going to pay that to fix such an old car. I was charged $60 just for them to look over the car (I guess understandable since there is labor involved to do so) and I was given my keys. That night I decided to look up every part they wanted to replace on my car (I used to work in the automotive industry.) Being completely generous I only came up with $1,000 in parts. Either Zimmerman was trying to replace all the parts on my car with OEM parts from a dealership, their markup is over 100% or they were just trying to completely screw me. Needless to say, they lost my business. The exhaust could have easily been patched to get it by another inspection. It's a shame they can't work with their customers.

It is always a pleasure to entrust our car to you. Your expertise keeps Mom's car running perfectly. That keeps her safe on the road. The girls in the office are always extremely pleasant and take plenty of time in answering questions, making sure our service is exactly what is needed. When speaking to the mechanics, everything is explained thoroughly and honestly. Thank you for everything you do!!
