I have a specialty vehicle which requires service outside the scope of their abilities. Instead of making excuses or even pretending to have completed the service, they apologized for not being able to complete the service and offered a solution. I appreciated this honesty.

The service which I received on my recent visit to Zimmerman's Automotive Tire Pros was absolutely fantastic and I cannot thank them enough for all of the wonderful work that they did on my vehicle. I look forward to dealing with them in the future as well.

As usual, you guys did great work on my car. I was a little disappointed that no one called me last Thursday to let me know my car wasn't going to be ready. I had to call and Steve helped me out by giving me a car to drive the next day.
