Wonderful, quick service! Really looks out for their customers!

My husband took our car to get checked because it wasn't always starting on the first try. It needed a starter and the quote was $700. We both thought it was high so we called 2 other mechanics , found out we could save a couple hundred dollars. Went to pick it up and it just clicked, so we had to get it towed. Irony? Maybe, maybe not. I'm never coming back!

Hi Katrina, I apologize that you feel we were to high in price. You came into our shop with a "Intermittent crank/ no start. Worse when engine is warm" as stated on your work order. We performed extensive testing on the electrical system to confirm our diagnosis of the starter needing replaced. To replace the starter on your specific vehicle (2007 Honda Accord) it requires us to remove the intake manifold of the engine. On your estimate, there was a gasket for that intake manifold to be replaced due to the fact that the manifold was taken off. If we did not replace that gasket we run the risk of you needing to make another appointment for a leak. Also, we use parts that are of high quality standard. We have found this to be best, for our customers, to cut down on defective parts and unnecessary hassle. The national average for a starter replacement, on your car, according the RepairPal.com is between $312 and $632 (excluding taxes and fees). According to the estimate we fell in between that average. On the issue of your car not starting when you came to pick the vehicle up. You came in with an intermittent starting issue, unfortunately when you started your car to leave it would not start. Being that it was an intermittent issue, there is no way of knowing when it will and will not start. Lastly, the review on our website. As usual, the service was excellent

Dropped the car off to have the timing belt changed on my 2004 Lexus Rx330. The price was good and the work was excellent. I have been driving the car and it has been good as new. Thanks for a great job again.

Service was for reinstall of the suspension Strut and Coil Spring. The initial Strut and Coil Spring failed after 8 month and had to be replaced. Zimmerman's honored a warranty of the parts and did not charge me for parts or labor for the replacement. They also offered a loaner car, since the install could not be completed on the day the car was brought in.

In the beginning of October 2016 my vehicle needed repaired . I went to Zimmermans and talked to the Service Mgr. , Steve Sheriff. After explaining my concerns he proceeded to explain how he would go about the repairs. He printed out an estimate. We reviewed the information. I decided to have the company do the repairs. I am very pleased with what I saw and heard. All the employees seemed very friendly and knowledgeable. I do recommend them to all.

The staff at Zimmerman's have been caring for our vehicles for 19 years. They have exceeded expectations on many occasions with extras on oil changes, tire rotations, and checks of fluids, etc. On many occasions they have given me options and recommended the cheaper one to save me money. I don't think that any of their repairs have ever failed, with the exception of many years ago, when a rookie put the wrong size hose on and I had to come in for its replacement. They were very apologetic and took care of the problem as speedily as possible. The mechanics have been wonderful I explaining things to me, so professional and kind, and so speedy in their repairs. I trust their judgment and integrity completely. The front desk staff have always been cordial and efficient. The waiting room includes hot drinks, cookies, TV, and a play area for children. When I had to bring my grandson, he did not want to leave. I am so grateful for Zimmerman's excellent service and recommend them without reservation.
