Went for an inspection and they were able to fit me in, it was done quickly and provided great customer service! Update 12/8/21-I’ve gone here for new tires and annual inspections for the past few years. They are always friendly, helpful, trustworthy. I highly recommend Zimmerman’s!!

My car came back to me with my tires torn down to the cords they don’t know what a muffle is and also told me a lot of stuff is messed up even tho some of the stuff they said was wrong is brand new

Hi Danny, I am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience at a repair facility. Unfortunately, I don't think that you are reviewing the right Zimmerman's. We found your name in our system with a street address but no phone number, city, state or even a vehicle. When we searched your street address, the only city that came up was Newville, PA. We are in Mechanicsburg, PA. There is a repair shop in Newville that has a very similar name but we are not connected with them. This does get people confused a lot and we get calls for them all the time, as I am sure they get calls for us as well. Again, I am really sorry to hear that you had a bad experience and I hope that you are able to find a good resolution with their team. We flew up Harrisburg from AL in hopes that we’d be driving home a truck my husband had been communicating with Eric at Zimmerman’s Auto about and not having to fly back. Eric went out of his way to pick us up at our hotel and once at the dealership the truck was everything we were told it was. After dealing with 2 previous car dealerships in the last couple years I had lost respect for the “salesmen” because we were lied to and had tried to be charged ridiculous fees but I have great respect for Eric and Zimmerman’s for doing exactly what they said they’d do and no hidden charges or pressuring us for extras. We are extremely satisfied with the service and our purchase! Great people to work with!
