My brakes were acting up. I called to make an appointment on Monday the 6th and because of my job I was going to schedule an appointment for Thursday the 9th or Friday the 10th. I talked to Steve and he was concerned about my safety in driving a car with faulty brakes, so he advised that I bring my car in as soon as possible and he would give me a loaner car for work. So I dropped my car off on Monday the 6th around 5 PM and was given a loaner car. Ken called me on Tuesday the 7th and informed me that they fixed my brakes and that I could pick up my car. I returned the loaner car and picked up my car ready to go around 5 PM on Tuesday the 7th. I was very impressed and very thankful that they cared about my safety!--Theda Klemm
