Arrived at the Rapid Lube at 16:24. Website shows they're open until 17:00. I was third in line. A woman came out and asked me to leave because they wouldn't be able to get to me before 17:00. Their website should have an addendum that you must be there by 15:30. They lost a life long oil change customer.
I am very sorry we could not help you on your schedule. It is a first come first serve business. You and three others, at the same time, were made aware of our backlog last evening. We want to be respectful of your time so you were made aware that we would not be able to do you service that day.
