We had the car towed in because it wouldn't start. You got to it the following day and said that the fuel pump was bad and had it fixed and ready to go the following day. Two days later it wouldn't start again and I had it towed back in and you found that the new pump was faulty. This happened to be on a Friday, you provided me with a brand new vehicle to use for the weekend and had the car ready again on Monday. It was very nice that you took care of additional needs after the replaced part failed and got it taken care of quickly. The car has been fine since then.

Even though I moved to Philadelphia, I plan any auto service needed around visits to Harrisburg because i'll only take my car to Zimmerman's. They are professional, the staff is very friendly and helpful and most important they are honest and I trust them. There were a few times out of necessity that I had to take my car somewhere local and it's never quite the experience you get at Zimmerman's. Would recommend them to anyone.
