Please don't tell me 40 minutes for an oil change when it's going to take 2 hours and 15 minutes. Be honest so then I can make an informed decision to stay and wait or come back at another time.

I am very sorry that it took so long to get your car in. We did stay in touch with you the whole time when the car in front of you turned bad and required more time. We give personalized service to each person as they come in.
