I brough my 2000 Buick Century in for Inspection. I was told that the intake gasket needed to be replaced and that would cost over $800.00. I took it to another garage 4 days later and they said the gasket was fine--yikes!

This was my third visit to Zimmerman's for a car inspection. I have been very pleased with the professionalism each time I visited.

Zimmerman's always provides great service. This time they even assisted with a product rebate!

The service I receive is always great. They checked out a problem my car was having and assured me everything was fine. The only negative was that I was promised my car would be finished by noon, but it was not ready until 1:30pm.

Zimmerman's staff are very courteous and friendly, and always get the job done in a reasonable time frame.

I was quoted a part price on the ball joint. Zimmermans should have verified price and availability up front. Instead I was informed I had to pay an additional $30 for the part since it was out of stock at parts supplier (where quoted). This was not handled properly and I left feeling cheated.
