Brian from Zimmerman Automotive made sure I could get a car by helping with paperwork and walking me through the process. He definitely went the extra mile and I am so appreciative for his help. They were professional and had great customer service.

They scheduled me in pretty quickly and did my alignment fast too. They were honest with the wheels actually being out of alignment. A dealer that I went to before said my steering was fine, wrong. I shall return to Zimmermans for trustful service.

If my car ever breaks down in Pennsylvania again I would bring it to Zimmerman's for help. I was visiting from out of state and my car died over the weekend. It was immediately clear that the battery needed replacing. However, that did not resolve the problem so it was clear I would need a tow. Everyone I know in the area recommended Zimmerman's and even the tow truck driver picking up my car said they were good. Despite what I'm sure was a full Monday schedule they were able to fit me in to diagnose the problem. Expecting the worst, I anticipated that I would get a call late in the day saying I would need to leave the car overnight to replace the starter or the alternator. Instead I got a call just after lunch saying my car was "ready to go and starts everytime". I was stunned and relieved. They told me the problem was with the battery connections, and so I was only charged around $50 for the diagnostic tests and new connectors. I deeply appreciate that I was in no way pressured to have them replace the parts that I feared were broken. Additionally, every staff member whom I talked to in person or over the phone were the definition of professional, pleasant and helpful. Bottom line: I really am 100% satisfied with their service and would definitely bring my car back to them.
