Hm, I'm not sure the previous reviewer has gone here often. They do not charge "the wazoo" out for everything here. In fact I take my Toyota here often - because I know I'll get better prices on oil changes/full service than I will at the dealer. This place also gets 5 stars for customer service. The facility is nice and they have a reasonably comfortable waiting room. I've had multiple car troubles with previous cars and they always make sure to stay in direct contact with me about what is going on and how can we address the problem. They're also certified to work with dealers - so when my transmission died on a previous car they pulled up every possible warranty they could so that I wouldn't have to pay more than what was necessary.I had a previous car that died in the middle of the highway down in MD - and I had AAA tow it all the way up here (since I live nearby) and even though I couldn't be there with the car when it got there they knew exactly what to do and they took care of things before I even got back.While some services may be overpriced, this is the only place I feel like the staff is 100% honest about what is going on, and they don't charge you for things you don't need.

Friendly staff, great service and no surprises!

I'm always pleased with my experience at Z's -- work is done well and quickly, and they always take the time to explain in detail what's being done. In this case they told me that the work that needed to be done was still covered under warranty, and that I should take it to the dealer!
