Had what we thought was a simple, quickly-fixed problem. Took it in, but it took more than expected time and resources to fix. They not only got the job done, but also within our very tight time constraints.

My parents took their car to Zimmerman's Automotive Tire Pros when I was a kid and the actual business was a simple garage style business. My fahter never had a complaint. I began taking my vehicles here once I moved closer to home and have never regretted it. Compared to other places where I have had 'repairs' to my truck that turned out to be unnecessary and glaring things missed. I have always recieved clear explanations for the work needed and have never been quoted a price that was different than what I was charged. I love bringing my vehicle for the quick lube too. They check everything and I love that they vacuum my vehicle as well. I have recommended many friends to Zimmerman's for service. I am liking the new computer access and newsletter too. Zimmerman's has come a long way from the garage I knew as a kid growing up in Bowmansdale.

I am always satisfied with the service from your business. You are always good with providing the whole picture about what is wrong with a vehicle. And, the ladies at the reception desk are always helpful and friendly.

I am a loyal long time customer of zimmermans because they do great work, but recently, the receptionists service has not been great. One particular receptionist always seems as if she has a bit of an attitude, like everything you do irks her. Some of the others just don't seem as competent as past receptionists. Because I value the work of the mechanics, I will continue to take My vehicle there and hope the service at the desk gets better.
