they had in done in a timely fashion, kept me updated, and even gave me a ride back to my college after i dropped my car off. however, they charged me for a system check when i told them they didn't have to because i already knew what the problem was. an extra $127 didn't make me happy. otherwise, great service.
Mr Deans, Your vehicle had a broken wire but we needed to diagnose the vehicle to find where the broken wire was located. This was explained to you in detail at the time of service.
